Building a manufacturer’s distributor-specific content package for partner websites.

EETech provided critical input to an electronic components manufacturer initiative focused on increasing and improving their digital presence on their distributor partner sites and boosting their ROI on internally developed assets. By creating distributor-specific packages for each of their franchised distributors, EETech was able to provide turnkey data and content to immediately boost product findability and search engine optimization. We were also able to leverage all the client’s product marketing assets, including articles and other features.

Our client worked closely with their distributor partners to identify gaps and requirements, however EETech can also play a part in that discovery and requirements gathering process. Product detail pages, part series and family pages should all be assessed for completeness. Franchised partners can often also provide reporting on opportunities for improvement.

Once the distributor and product requirements are identified, EETech created packages containing all the part series information, part numbers, product videos, associated products, links to images and technical documentation available. In the end, the project significantly increased visibility to the client’s products online with distribution customers through strategic content deployment.
