We’re looking for an organized sales support professional who will perform administrative tasks to support the sales team to acquire and retain customers. As a Sales Coordinator, you will help our company grow by improving our sales communication, process, and productivity. Additionally, this position will ensure that all orders are processed on time and use problem-solving skills to respond to customer complaints. The Sales Coordinator’s responsibilities include reporting, tracking sales workflow, coordinating quotes, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Boise, Idaho.

An average workday for the Sales Coordinator includes:

  • Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing daily sales tasks
  • Coordinating and supporting on-time customer performance reporting
  • Helping troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts, and other related issues
  • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information
  • Organizing and maintaining customer information and operation activities in company systems
  • Building direct relationships with customers to create a positive experience
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
  • Partnering with production teams to ensure programs are on track for delivery
  • Following up with customer throughout the onboarding and campaign cycle

Required Skills/Education/Experience: 

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent.
  • A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent team, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience in administration and high-volume office work preferred
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch focus
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and other enterprise systems preferred
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, a plus


  • Salary range: $40,000 – $50,000, depending on experience
  • 13 days of paid time off annually
