We’re looking for an Advertising and Social Media Coordinator to manage online advertising campaigns and social media channels, which includes several multi-million dollar companies in the electronics and electrical engineering industry.

The ideal candidate is an agile, organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to juggle and prioritize. This Advertising and Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing social media posts and presence, trafficking creative assets, implementing creative ad tags, testing quality assurance of ads prior to implementing into Google Ad Manager (GAM), and monitoring campaign and pacing activity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of campaign production including ad trafficking from AdPoint to Google Ad Manager (GAM), ad unit implementation in GAM, campaign creation, understand ad targeting, quality assurance
  • Review digital advertising campaigns throughout their lifecycle, ensuring campaigns are delivering and pacing successfully
  • Coordinate social media posts for all promotional packages
  • Daily posting across multiple platforms for multiple brands
  • Execute a results driven social media strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Community management across all social platforms
  • Analyze performance metrics and identifying potential optimization opportunities and troubleshoot technical issues on live campaigns
  • Perform asset QA, troubleshoot creative issues, and confirm if creative and content adhere to product advertising requirements
  • Review and update internal MONDAY Board for online ad placements and promotional social posts
  • Ongoing customer support/service internally, for clients and agencies; work closely with management and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may occur
  • Oversee the screenshot and report preparation of monthly campaigns and notify sales and account executives

Required Qualifications: 

  • 1 – 3 years experience in online, media, or campaign management; experience ad trafficking with Facebook and Google Ad Manager (GAM) are essential
  • Experience with multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sendible)
  • Experience in digital advertising operations and campaign management
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including the ability to multitask
  • Proven track record of learning new skills & products, as well as thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, have strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and be accountable
  • Positive attitude and driven work ethic, team player mindset
  • Familiarity with the electronics and electrical engineering industry, preferred, but not required
